These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to cosmetic dental treatments provided under the SmileVision System at Smile On Clinics, including veneers and crowns. By scheduling a consultation or proceeding with treatment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Definitions

  • Smile On Clinics refers to the dental network offering cosmetic services under the Smile On brand.
  • SmileVision System refers to Smile On’s proprietary cosmetic preview and planning process using 2D/3D imaging and in-house fabrication of dental veneers and crowns.
  • Patient refers to the person receiving the cosmetic treatment services.

2. Free Consultation Offer

Smile On offers a FREE 30-minute ‘Dream Smile’ Consultation as part of a promotional offer.

The consultation includes:

  • A digital smile assessment using SmileVision 2D/3D preview technology
  • A full breakdown of your customised treatment plan , and
  • A transparent pricing estimate.

 

No dental procedures will be performed during the consultation unless separately agreed upon in writing.

3. Smile Preview, Treatment Planning and Timelines

Smile On uses the SmileVision System to simulate your final result before treatment begins.

You will be presented with a visual rendering of your new smile to confirm aesthetic goals before production of your veneers or crowns.

The veneers treatment will be discussed in detail during your initial consultation. A personalised treatment plan will be created based on your specific dental needs and aesthetic goals.

The treatment plan is created based on your preview approval and includes timelines, material specifications, and expected outcomes.

Timelines for veneer treatment are provided as a guideline. The actual duration of the treatment may vary depending on individual factors, such as the complexity of your case, the condition of your teeth, and the materials used.

4. Veneers & Crowns Fabrication

All veneers and crowns are manufactured in-house from medical-grade porcelain or high-grade alloys.

Fabrication and fitting are carried out by qualified dental practitioners and technicians within the Smile On network.

Final results are dependent on patient approval of the digital preview and compliance with any recommended oral hygiene or dental preparation procedures.

5. Risks and Complications

As with any cosmetic dental procedure, veneer treatment carries potential risks. These may include, but are not limited to, sensitivity, discomfort, veneer damage, or the need for future adjustments. 7. 'Love Your Smile' Guarantee

Smile On guarantees that:

  • You will be shown your expected smile design before any work begins.
  • If you are not satisfied with the smile preview, Smile On will revise it until you are.
  • After the veneers or crowns are fitted, Smile On will provide any reasonable adjustments or refinements at no cost for a defined period (as outlined in your treatment agreement).

 

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Changes in preference after final approval and fitting,
  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or trauma,
  • Failure to follow care guidelines or attend follow-up appointments.

The costs of veneer treatment will be outlined during your consultation. Payment terms will be discussed, and a payment plan may be available to suit your needs.
